Working out online was one of the best things I discovered in my life! I’ve always enjoyed taking care of my body, but I remember how much time I was spending on that daily – on driving to the gym, chaotically working out by myself, driving back home. Sometimes it was even up to 4 hours per day! Since I’ve discovered that I can efficiently work out or practice at home, with an online coaching, I have more time to to other things as well and my workouts & practices are much more effective. I only spend from 15 to 90 minutes daily on body care, depending on what practice I need or choose to do. Handstandworks.com was created from my love to handstands and a growing wish to offer my courses to a wider audience. In the beginning it was supposed to only host handstand courses but it quickly transformed into an online studio, where I am offering all kinds of movement styles that I love & I am able to record for you. If you like power vinyasa – a strong practice, which helpes build strength, endurance, flexibility – you might want to check out my course “21 Days With Strong Yoga” or “5 Days With Power Vinyasa”. If you want to focus on specific areas of your body, increase your mobility and flexibility in that areas, you will love the new, 12 classes course, “Immersion #1 – Hips & Hamstrings”. Some of the practices in the course are rather traditional, some more creative, all lasting from 60 to 75 minutes and will prepare you for 12 different yoga poses.
If you prefer to strengthen your body through interval workouts you’ll find 6 intense ones in my course “21 Days To Fit” – it will kick your ass and strengthen your body in a short time! After each of these intense workouts you can try out some calm, stretchy yoga practice & you’ll find a few of them in my course “Emotional Yoga”. Stretching and slow pace will bring you in the state of harmony between your body, breath & mind.
But that’s not all! One of the practices that completely changed the way I feel with myself and the process of aging was Face Yoga. On my platform you’ll find a course with all exercises I do daily & my personal routine to workout your face muscles, make them firmer, awaken & strengthen your skin and get rid of habits that make you look older than you are. If the train the body there is no reason to skip the face, right??
For all the fans of more intense practice I am also offering a beginners handstand course which will guide you through the process of handstanding from A to Z. The course is designed for everybody who is a total beginner in a handstand practice or for those who already have some experience but don’t see a progress in their practice. It’s also an excellent program for teachers who want to learn how to teach their students & clients to safely do handstands. All course is based on my workshop with which I’ve been travelling all around Europe since 2014 and turned upside down thousands of students.
