I have always been into strong practice. I just really love physical challenges and checking where my limits are, so for me vinyasa yoga is always a little bit on the “power vinyasa” side. I am “known” for my strong practice so I want to offer you something that has been a part of my personal yoga & movement routine for a long time and what helped my mind get busy and my body to release all accumulated stress and get properly tired. There is no better way than physical training to release all stress, anxiety & tightness!
That’s why I’ve created a new course “Power Vinyasa Masterclass – jump, float, fly” which will challenge you, invert you and push you to your physical limits! During this course we will definitely practice strong and take some challenges, as well as try out some tricks which will make you float around your mat and find lightness in your movement. We will try out standing & arm balances, backbends, handstands and other inversions as well as floating forward! You will strengthen your arms and core and increase body awareness 1000 times. Each practice will end with meditation and pranayama exercises to make sure we’re not only taking care of the body but also of our minds and breath, which connects body with our soul.
This holistic package is designed for everybody who is ready to work hard, get a bit sweaty, learn new tricks. Also, to get friends with their yoga mat on Saturdays at 11:00 in November & December for 75 minutes (4 classes in total). The classes will happen LIVE and will be profesionally recorded so you can have access to them by the end of the course through my platform Handstand Works – for a lifetime!
